Indeed, our aim is to share our love for these continents with you, as they
will bring you a real change of scenery by introducing you to people
who are so different and yet so close!

You know that your holidays can be ruined by a simple intestinal problem
not to mention other complaints or problems, whether serious or not
some of which can be fatal such as malaria.

However, you simply need to know a few simple rules to
limit the risks and have successful holidays!!

Before starting, a few words on the subject of children. Remember that it is very hot
the sun is 8 times stronger than in Europe and children dehydrate quickly. Due to this
children should always wear a hat, and an effective sun protection cream if they are in
swimming costume during the day, SPF60 - yes, 60! Let them drink as much as they
want, but mineral water, hermetically sealed in a plastic bottle (when you buy it);
if they drink too many other drinks, they will have colic. Lastly, make sure they
wash their hands with soap before eating anything, and from 5.30pm
put them in long sleeved tops and long trousers (in light material)
and put insect repellent on any exposed skin, because malaria
is dangerous and it kills.

Think about passive prevention! Trust in my experience
I have never had malaria or travellers' diarrhoea!

Electricity is 240 volts and UK sockets. Check your plugs
remember to take an adapter if your country's voltage
is different to the UK.
